By purchasing through www.tombolo.studio, the customer expressly and fully accepts these general terms and conditions of sale. They may be subject to changes and updates without prior notice. However, it cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies, omissions, or failures to update, whether attributable to it or to third-party partners. 4 _ Online catalogue
The essential characteristics of the product are indicated in the “product sheet”. The seller reserves the right to modify, improve, update, or withdraw products from sale without prior notice. The products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy, but the photographs have no contractual value. Products are offered subject to availability. In the exceptional event that information relating to product availability is incorrect, the seller undertakes to inform the customer by email or telephone and provide any additional details necessary for the proper processing of their order.
5 _ Prices
The prices shown on the website are indicated in euros, excluding delivery charges. The seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time without prior notice by publishing them online. Only the prices in force at the time the order is placed will apply, subject to product availability on that date. Delivery charges will be invoiced in addition, calculated according to each order and indicated before the customer validates the order. The full price must be paid when the order is placed. If one or more taxes or contributions, particularly environmental ones, are introduced or changed, whether increased or reduced, this change may be passed on to the sale price of the products.
6 _ Order
The seller may update its product sheets or withdraw products from sale at any time. Tombolo reserves the right to block or delete an order in the event of non-payment, an incorrect address, or any other issue relating to the customer account. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole discretion, appear to have been placed by resellers or distributors.
In the event that a product is unavailable, the seller will contact the customer as soon as possible in order to cancel the order for that product and refund the customer; the remainder of the order shall remain firm and final.

7 _ Payment
You make your purchases securely using your credit card through Stripe.
The customer guarantees the seller that he has the necessary authorizations to use this payment method and acknowledges that the information provided for this purpose constitutes proof of his consent to the sale as well as to the exigibility of the sums due for the order. The seller may ask the customer to justify his identity, domicile, and the payment method used, to fight against fraud. In this case, your order will be processed from the receipt of the documents. If documents are not received or are deemed non-compliant, the order may be canceled. In case of refusal of card payment authorization by accredited organizations or in case of non-payment, the seller reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order and its delivery. The seller may also refuse an order from a buyer who has not fully or partially paid a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is ongoing.
8 _ Personal Data
All personal information collected is processed in accordance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation and will neither be disclosed nor sold to third parties.
9 _ Delivery
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by La Poste, DPD, or UPS.
Delivery is made only after payment confirmation by the seller’s banking institution. Delivery times depend on the carrier chosen at the time of order. TOMBOLO cannot be held responsible in case of delivery delays. Delivery is made against the customer’s signature. Any unsuccessful delivery (incorrect address, building, code, staircase, missing or wrong name, etc.) will result in an additional processing time for the order and a redelivery. Redelivery fees will be charged to the customer. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the delivery location, weight, and total volume of the ordered items, to ensure the fairest possible cost to you.
10 _ Transport
It is recommended to refuse delivery if the package’s packaging has been damaged, opened, or torn. The customer must immediately check the content of the package and, if necessary, write precise reservations on the delivery note. The verification of products is considered done once the customer has signed the delivery note. The customer must, if applicable, inform the seller of their reservations at the address studio.tombolo@gmail.com
Any reservation not made according to the rules defined above and within the allotted time will not be taken into account and will release the seller from all liability towards the customer. Upon receipt of the complaint, the seller will assign an exchange number for the concerned product(s) and communicate it by email to the customer.
Customs duties
In case of delivery outside Europe, the customer is required to make payment to the authorities of their territory for any tax or duty (customs duties, local taxes, etc.) imposed by the regulations.
