4 _ Online catalog

The essential characteristics of the product are indicated in the "product sheet". The seller reserves the right to modify, improve, update, or withdraw products from sale without notice. The prices shown on the site are indicated in euros, excluding delivery charges. The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time without notice by publishing them online. Only the prices in effect at the time of the order will apply, subject to product availability at that date. The amount of delivery costs will be charged in addition, calculated based on each order and indicated before the customer confirms the order. In case of unavailability of a product, the seller will contact the customer as soon as possible to cancel the order of this product and refund it; the rest of the order remains firm and final.

7 _ Payment

You make your purchases securely using your credit card through Stripe.

The customer guarantees the seller that he has the necessary authorizations to use this payment method and acknowledges that the information provided for this purpose constitutes proof of his consent to the sale as well as to the exigibility of the sums due for the order. The seller may ask the customer to justify his identity, domicile, and the payment method used, to fight against fraud. In this case, your order will be processed from the receipt of the documents. If documents are not received or are deemed non-compliant, the order may be canceled. In case of refusal of card payment authorization by accredited organizations or in case of non-payment, the seller reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order and its delivery. The seller may also refuse an order from a buyer who has not fully or partially paid a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is ongoing.

8 _ Personal Data

9 _ Delivery

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by La Poste, DPD, or UPS.

Delivery is made only after payment confirmation by the seller’s banking institution. Delivery times depend on the carrier chosen at the time of order. TOMBOLO cannot be held responsible in case of delivery delays. Delivery is made against the customer’s signature. Any unsuccessful delivery (incorrect address, building, code, staircase, missing or wrong name, etc.) will result in an additional processing time for the order and a redelivery. Redelivery fees will be charged to the customer. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the delivery location, weight, and total volume of the ordered items, to ensure the fairest possible cost to you.

10 _ Transport

It is recommended to refuse delivery if the package’s packaging has been damaged, opened, or torn. The customer must immediately check the content of the package and, if necessary, write precise reservations on the delivery note. The verification of products is considered done once the customer has signed the delivery note. The customer must, if applicable, inform the seller of their reservations at the address studio.tombolo@gmail.com

Any reservation not made according to the rules defined above and within the allotted time will not be taken into account and will release the seller from all liability towards the customer. Upon receipt of the complaint, the seller will assign an exchange number for the concerned product(s) and communicate it by email to the customer.

Customs duties

In case of delivery outside Europe, the customer is required to make payment to the authorities of their territory for any tax or duty (customs duties, local taxes, etc.) imposed by the regulations.
