The reused clothes are collected and washed before being transformed. They are carefully selected and are always linen or cotton, of good quality in order to find a second life. Tombolo designs sturdy clothes, carefully made and built to last for years, even a lifetime. For this, attentive maintenance and repairs are sometimes necessary.

maintenance
Washing is one of the most aggressive operations for our clothes. We advise you to favor washing at 30° for jeans and linen items with a gentle detergent, then let them dry in the open air, outside or in a warm place in your home, away from direct sunlight and moonlight. On each product sheet, in the model description, you will find washing, drying and ironing advice adapted to the fabric and finish.
For wool items, machine washing is to be avoided. Brush your garment regularly with an appropriate brush and occasionally entrust it to the dry cleaners.
Repair
Let's reconnect with our clothes. We can see them as a second skin or life companions; they are also a small part of our identity. Time gives them a unique imprint, whether it's a beautiful patina, fabric wear, or a sewn-up hole. Signs of advanced age tell a story and add value to the pieces we wear daily.
