RETURNS AND EEXCHANGES
Please note that in the event of a return, shipping costs, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
We only accept returns of products purchased from our online store. To make a return, you must specify that you would like a refund and return the product within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Any product returned (for a refund or exchange) must be complete, in its original condition, unused, undamaged, unstained, unmodified and accompanied by its original TOMBOLO packaging.
We are not required to accept returns that do not comply with these conditions, and we may refuse the refund and return the products to the customer or ask them to arrange collection at their own expense.
Return instructions
1. Report any defective item to us by sending a photo by email within 48 hours of receiving it.
2. You must specify whether you would like a refund or an exchange within 14 days of receiving the product.
3. Send the product together with the invoice.

5. Notify us by email that the parcel has been shipped.
6. The refund or exchange will be processed as soon as the parcel is received at our offices.
7. Please allow 2 weeks for the refund to appear in your bank account.
