RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Please note that for returns, shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

We only accept returns of products purchased from our online store. To make a return, you must specify that you want a refund and return the product within 14 days of receipt. You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Any returned product (for a refund or exchange) must be complete, in its original condition, unused, undamaged, unsoiled, unmodified, and accompanied by its original TOMBOLO packaging.

We are not obliged to accept returns that do not meet these conditions and may refuse the refund and return the products to the customer or ask them to arrange for their collection, at their expense.

Return Instructions

1. Report any defective item by sending us a photo by email within 48 hours of receipt.

2. You must specify whether you want a refund or an exchange within 14 days of receiving the product.

3. Ship the product accompanied by the invoice.

5. Inform us by email of the shipment of the package.

6. The refund or exchange will be made upon receipt of the package at our offices.

7. Please allow 2 weeks for the refund to appear in your bank account.
